I NEED A REPAIR ON MY PRODUCT, HOW DO I DO IT?

You can request warranty service directly from the Authorized Stations, the updated list of Authorized Stations is available at our website: www.fischer.com.br/assistencia-tecnica. When contacting the Authorized Service, the consumer must always have the Nota Fiscal of his equipment, complete address, information as a model of the product. If you do not find a nearest Authorized Service Station call our SAC 0800 47 3535 or 0800 729 3535 or sac@fischer.com.br that we will assist you.

THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME IN SERVICE WITH THE AUTHORIZED POST, WHAT DO I DO

Call our SAC 0800 729 3535 or sac@fischer.com.br and have CPF, S.O number (service order) and the purchase invoice in order to verify the progress of the service and assist you.

WHAT ARE THE ITEMS COVERED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

We recommend that you carefully read the Warranty term for your product, since after the legal warranty period (3 months), some items of the product lose their coverage, under the contractual warranty (9 months), the term is available in the accompanying manual and on our website: www.fischer.com.br

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PERIOD?

The guarantee may vary according to the product, check the guarantee term, attached to the product manual, and available on our website: http://www.fischer.com.br/ For the service, it is essential that the consumer can prove that the product is within the warranty period, otherwise it will not be covered by the warranty. We direct to keep the invoice to have such benefit.

IS MY FISCHER PRODUCT INSTALLATION FREE?

The installation of the products can be provided by the user, however we recommend consulting the Network of Authorized Stations, not being covered by Fischer. If you have any questions regarding installation or use, please contact our SAC 0800 47 3535/0800 729 3535 or sac@fischer.com.br. Note: For Fischer Ranch grills 3 and 5 gas Skewers, the installation is covered under warranty. For the installation, request a technical assistant accredited by the Fischer (see Network of Authorized Stations). The installation is free, however, accessories or connections that are needed are for the consumer.

 

I NEED TO DISCARD MY PRODUCT, HOW DO I DO IT?

At the end of the product’s life, the product must be disposed of in accordance with current legislation, taking it to a suitable place for these purposes, reducing environmental aggression.

MY PRODUCT IS SHOCKING, WHAT DO I DO?

First check that the socket has grounding in your home, since without grounding this may occur. We advise to call an electrician to leave the electrical installation correctly. If the problem persists after the electrician's call, call our SAC 0800 47 3535 or 0800 729 3535 or sac@fischer.com.br to assist you.

WHAT SIZE OF NICHE TO INSTALL MY PRODUCT?

For installation of any Fischer product, follow the instructions in the accompanying technical manual, or check our website http://www.fischer.com.br/, the correct model of your product and the appropriate niche.

CAN I USE AN EXTENSION OR ADAPTER ON MY PRODUCT?

We do not recommend the use of adapters or extension cables as they may cause a power surge and interfere with the product’s operation, causing damage.

I CAN TAKE A LONGER SHORT PRODUCT, CAN I CHANGE PLACING A LARGER?

We advise to approach the product from the outlet or to install one close to the product, as changes in the product include the warranty loss.



I WANT TO BUY A COOKTOP GAS, WHICH SIDE IS THE GAS INPUT?

In the Fischer cooktops the gas inlet is on the right rear side, looking straight at the product.

IN MY RESIDENCE IS NATURAL GAS, DOES THE COOKTOP WORK NORMALLY FOR THIS GAS?

Fischer Cooktops leave the factory adjusted for LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), also called bottled gas or cooking gas. The cylinder gas is manufactured according to the ABNT 8460 standard. There are at least two types of cylinders for use in homes: 13kg and 45kg cylinder. For the conversion of the gas to natural gas, consult a Network of Authorized Stations or contact our SAC 0800 47 3535 or 0800 729 3535 or sac@fischer.com.br. Within the term of guarantee of the product the consumer is entitled to 01 (one) free conversion.



WHAT BUMPER REGULATOR IS APPROPRIATE FOR MY STOVE?

We recommend that you always use a 2kg / h canister regulator. standardized by Inmetro, as it will be with adequate pressure for the proper functioning of the product. When the regulator of the cylinder is not suitable the stove can present very high or even very low flames.

MY COOKTOP'S BURNER DAMAGED. WHY DID IT OCCUR?

It is important before using the product to check that the burners with spreaders (black plate) are well fitted so as not to deform the part due to the concentration of heat at one point. Follow the manual docking guidelines.



HOW DO I CLEAN MY COOKTOP?

We recommend cleaning the glazed parts (scrapers and scrapers) only with cloth or sponge soaked in warm water and detergent or neutral soap. Do not use chemicals, acids like vinegar and lemon, abrasives and never boil the pieces. Clean burners frequently with warm water and detergent or mild soap, be careful with excess water. Clean the glass table with detergent and a soft cloth. Periodically clean the burner electrodes to avoid any lighting problems. Use a brush and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. If the diffusers need cleaning due to blackening, use steel wool soaked in water and neutral detergent to polish; NOTE: Allow scrubbers and masonry (enamelled) to cool before starting any cleaning procedure to avoid chipping them by thermal shock.

CAN I USE CLAY POT IN MY COOKTOP?

Regarding the use of clay pot, we recommend to observe the specification of the minimum and maximum diameter for each burner, available in the manual, as this type of utensil maintains a high concentration of heat that could damage your cooktop.



MY COOKTOP SHOT THE AUTOMATIC. WHAT DO I DO?

Never use excess water to clean the product, thus avoiding the automatic firing of your cooktop, in which case the cooktop must be removed from the outlet and wait for 1 to 5 days to reconnect it, and it will restart during this time. ignition can be done by turning the knob corresponding to the burner and lighting it with the help of a matchstick or lighter. If after that time the problem persists contact the authorized post of your locality and schedule a technical visit.



I HAVE A VITROCERAMIC COOKTOP AND IT TURNED ON AND OFF DURING ITS PERFORMANCE. Is this procedure normal?

During use this procedure is normal, this occurs because, the Fischer glass ceramic has a thermostat system. NOTE: The thermostat stabilizes the temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the thermostat automatically shuts off, restarting as needed, thereby reducing energy consumption and does not alter the cooking of the food, being a feature of operation.



CAN I USE THE FEET OVEN OR BANK WITH NO FEET?

The oven feet must be installed for proper operation. We do not recommend any changes to the product.

MEUS ASSADOS QUEIMAM EM CIMA E FICAM CRUS EMBAIXO, O QUE PODE SER?

Para que os alimentos assem uniformemente, recomendamos que você faça o procedimento abaixo: 1º pré-aquecer-aquecer o forno, com a temperatura da receita a ser preparada por 5 minutos. 2º após o pré-aquecimento colocar o assado no forno e deixar na temperatura indicada de acordo com a receita ou de sua preferência. OBS: recomendamos o constante acompanhamento e ajuste da temperatura se julgar necessário. Obs: O tempo e temperatura podem variar de acordo com o tamanho da massa ou do Assado.

MEU FORNO LIGA E DESLIGA DURANTE O ASSADO. É NORMAL ESSE PROCEDIMENTO?

Durante o assado é normal esse procedimento, isso ocorre, pois, os fornos elétricos Fischer possuí um sistema de termostato. NOTA: O termostato estabiliza a temperatura no interior do forno. Quando a temperatura programada é atingida, o termostato desliga automaticamente, religando assim que necessário, deste modo reduz o consumo de energia e não altera o cozimento do alimento, sendo uma característica de funcionamento.

ADQUIRI UM FORNO ELÉTRICO FISCHER DE EMBUTIR, É OBRIGATÓRIO O USO DE GRADES DE VENTILAÇÃO NO MÓVEL?

Atualmente comercializamos diversos modelos de fornos de embutir e em alguns modelos o uso das grades de ventilação (acompanha o produto) é obrigatório, recomendamos que leia atentamente o manual técnico do produto e certifique-se se para o modelo adquirido o uso é obrigatório.

QUERO ADQUIRIR UMA CHURRASQUEIRA FISCHER RACH O NICHO É OBRIGATÓRIO SER EM ALVENARIA?

Sim, o nicho deverá ser somente em alvenaria, o acabamento poderá ser em cerâmica, granito ou mármore.

É OBRIGATÓRIO O USO DE ÁGUA NA CUBA DAS CHURRASQUEIRAS ELÉTRICAS FISCHER GRILL E SWIFT GRILL?

Sim é obrigatório, sempre preencher e manter a cuba com água durante os assados, porém não deixar tocar na resistência. A água facilita a limpeza e funciona como isolante térmico durante a utilização. As Churrasqueiras elétricas Fischer Swift e Grill são simples e práticas, porém, antes de começar a utilizá-las, certificar-se de que todas as condições prescritas no manual do produto tenham sido cumpridas.

MINHA COIFA POSSUÍ MAIS DE UM MODO DE TRABALHO?

Sim, todos os modelos de coifas Fischer possuem 2 modos de uso e de instalação. Elas podem ser utilizadas como depurador e exaustor. Sendo: modo depurador (com filtro de carvão ativado) e não precisa de abertura para fora do ambiente aonde o produto será instalado, ou modo exaustor (sem filtro de carvão ativado) sendo obrigatório saída no teto ou parede (acompanha duto flexível para instalação).

O DEPURADOR SLIM É EMBUTIDO?

Sim, de todas as opções de modelos de depuradores Fischer que comercializamos o modelo slim é o único embutido em móvel. Ele poderá ser instalado em modo depurador (com filtro de carvão) ou modo exaustor (sem filtro de carvão), em ambos os modos de instalação é obrigatório o uso do duto flexível que acompanha o produto. Recomendamos que antes da instalação verifique atentamente as orientações técnicas do manual do produto.

POSSO REMOVER A TELA (PELICULA) INTERNA DA PORTA DE MEU MICROONDAS FISCHER?

Não, essa tela não deverá ser removida, ou estar danificada. Caso a tenha removido orientamos que não utilize o produto e contate a rede de postos autorizados para adquirir uma nova tela.

ANTES DE INSTALAR OU UTILIZAR O MICRO-ONDAS O QUE DEVO ME CERTIFICAR?

Se todos os materiais de embalagem foram removidos de dentro do forno, se o nicho de embutimento está conforme o especificado no manual, se foram retiradas as películas plásticas de proteção do seu produto, se a instalação elétrica está adequada. Após desembalar, inspecionar o micro-ondas quanto a qualquer dano visível, tal como: Porta danificada, amassados ou furos na janela e tela da porta, amassados na cavidade interna. Se algum dos problemas acima for constatado, não utilize o micro-ondas.
